  • Do you accept all dogs?
We do not accept all dogs. Please see dog requirements to ensure you dog meets those. All dogs must attend a 'meet and greet' to ensure your dog will be well suited to us.
  • Is vaccination required?
All dogs require a yearly C5 vaccination which includes Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, and Bordetella. Vaccinations certificates will need to be provided no later then 7 days before Stay. All puppies must have all their vaccinations before any stays or day care. Full vaccination requirements can be found in our Terms and Conditions
  • Do you accept dogs not desexed?
We are able to look after both male and female dogs not desexed but we do not accept females not desexed that are in season. If they come into season during their stay they will be isolated and the owner or emergency contact will need to pick them up (See Terms and conditions)
  • Do you accept puppies?
We can look after puppies as long as they have had all their puppy vaccinations. It is also important that they have socialised with other dogs prior to their first day care or overnight stay.
  • My dog is aggressive towards other dogs, can you still look after them?
As we are a home business and have dogs spend time around each other, we do not accept dogs aggressive towards others. Any signs of this at the meet and greet will instantly lead to a decline of the booking.
